FutureSeed Agri-Innovation Tech (“FutureSeed AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website futureseedai.vercel.app (the “Site”). You do not need to create an account, and we do not collect farm data, photos, or location data through this website. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • notify you about early access, product launches, and updates you signed up for;
  • respond to your inquiries and messages; and
  • improve this website and our products.

We will not sell your personal information, and we will not send you marketing you did not ask for.

Early-access sign-ups submitted through this website are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet hosted by Google LLC; other messages reach us by email. Partner inquiries (organization, name, email, and any role, location and message you choose to give) are stored in the same private spreadsheet and emailed to our team so we can reply. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe. We retain your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or rent your data. We may share it only with:

  • service providers that help us operate this website (such as hosting and email delivery), bound to protect your data; and
  • authorities, if required by law.
